Willie is a Professor of the Practice of Management at Columbia Business School. He specializes in Executive Education - both custom and open enrollment programs for practicing executives. He offers cutting-edge ideas for people who are leading organizations and those who are preparing to do so. Many of his ideas and frameworks, particularly Strategic Learning, have become a core part of Columbia's Executive Programs, and Strategic Learning is now being applied in a number of global firms. Willie is a sought after teacher in executive forums and in corporate university executive programs with companies such as Boeing and Chubb Corporation. He is also much in demand as a keynote speaker.

He also hosts an annual Strategic Leadership seminar for CEOs in partnership with the United States Army War College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
